This project was aimed to assist in the planning application for the site extension of Little Hall Mushroom Farm’s existing agricultural holding. The Client was looking to build several new sheds, access roads and ancillary buildings on-site to accommodate for the expansion of their business.

This particular project was done via an established Planning Consultant based in Manchester City Centre, who I have worked with on several projects over the years, mainly within agricultural sectors.

To satisfy the planning needs, a site layout was proposed with shed positions, floor and levels and suitable screening/planting to the boundaries.
