Collinge Salons were put in touch with me via an Architect I have provided with freelance work for years. They were planning to refurbish several of their properties, and required full surveys of the existing spaces to allow the process of design to begin. A Liverpool-based Architect had already been appointed to undertake the design work, but the surveys were outsourced to me as a separate exercise.

Surveys were carried out at the properties in Birkenhead, Ormskirk and Liverpool city centre, all done to the requirements of the Client and their chosen Architect.

On one particular survey I met up with the company’s facilities manager and talked through the survey process and how make best use of the drawings once completed.

Following delivery of the survey work, I’ve maintained ongoing contact with A. Collinge Salons who are happy to work with me as and when the other sites are proposed for refurbishments.

Side note, after finishing a separate project in Liverpool one weekend, I popped into the Castle Street salon for a haircut where the quality and service were both fantastic. If only I lived nearer!
